KeysPlease started as a single page I built to help a friend sell his flat. It worked, so I built one for my own - and turned it into a small service for owners who want the same.

When you're selling, you don't want your buyer lost in a sea of listings.

On a portal, your property sits one click from a hundred others. Your own page removes the distraction - nothing to click away to, just your property and your buyer's full attention.

And once you have that attention, the page is built to use it: every section ordered to answer the next question forming in the buyer's head, remove doubt, and carry them from first glance to first message.

You don't need to be a writer or a photographer. Here's all I need from you:

  • The standard details

    The same facts any listing has - size, floor, price, energy class, and so on.

  • Your own description

    Just talk. A few rough lines about the place and why you're selling. You don't have to make it sound good; that's my job.

  • A floor plan

    Whatever you have, even a rough sketch.

  • Some photos

    At least one from each room, up to 8 in total.

  • A message for the buyer

    Whatever you'd want a future owner to know about the place, say it here.

Then I take it from there

I run your description through AI to make it clear and readable - keeping your voice, just sharper. I correct your photos so the property looks its best without ever distorting the reality of it, and I create the decorated "after" views so a buyer can finally see how good the place could be. The honesty that makes these pages work is the one thing I never touch.

It's an afternoon of effort on your side, at most. The rest is on me.
